Terms and Conditions

General Terms & Conditions:

'Group' Workshops / Masterclasses are generally limited to a maximum of 6 participants, unless otherwise stated.

'Private' Workshops / Masterclasses are generally limited to 1 participant and a maximum of 1 accompanying guest, unless otherwise stated.

All programs are priced in accordance with total consultancy and travel time provided.  This may include advisory, mentoring, coaching, consultation, training, speaking, etc. Provision of services may encompass phone discussions; Skype meetings; e-mail correspondence; business development work performed at our office; meetings held with you and your staff, and if appropriate with your clientele and your suppliers; formulation of reports, data analysis, market research; travel time (charged at 50% of 'face-to-face' consultancy rate from North Melbourne district), etc.

All prices include 10% GST except where indicate.

All program registrations and payments are performed online via Eventbrite system: EFT and cheque payment options also available. 

An additional online booking fee (approx 2.5% of total booking fee)(max $9.95) may apply for payments made via Eventbrite system. Additional fees may be incurred for payments made via PayPal system.

Payments received via EFT, Cheque, or Eventbrite system are non refundable, except for when a cancellation, or change of program start date, occurs on behalf of Creative Entrepeneur. 

Payment of course fees must be made prior to the commencement date and time of the program.  An online registration and payment facility exists for payments made via VISA and Mastercard (via Eventbrite system).  Registrant agrees to pay for total program cost plus booking fee as defined above (or in the Eventbrite ‘Ticket Information’ registration page).

No date change will be permitted if less than 3 days prior to program commencement time. In this event, it will be treated as a cancellation. New session time is also subject to availability at the time of change. An applicable surcharge may apply and is payable when date change occurs.

In-house expenses, sending or receiving facsimile transmissions or incidental photcopying, administrative, phone, travel, and other disbursement fees may apply.  Other expenses incurred by us in acting for you and fees for services provided to us by third parties on your behalf will be charged to you.

All travel required by car outside of Metropolitan Melbourne will be charged at $0.85/km, and will be invoiced as a separate disbursement fee.

Interstate / overseas travel and related costs including, but not limited to, motor vehicle hire, petrol, meals, flights, accommodation, departure tax, travel insurance, will be charged as a separate disbursement fee (calculated from Melbourne CBD).

Specialist business and/or coaching services* provided by Creative Entrepreneur or its representatives,  will be charged to you at an hourly rate between of $200.00 + GST (service delivered via phone^ or online) and $250.00 + GST (service delivered face to face) and strictly paid within 7 days upon issue of a tax invoice to you.  

Creative Entrepreneur respects your privacy and strictly controls use of personal information.  Personal information you provide on the Eventbrite system will be used solely for the provision of our services to you.

^ 'Phone' meetings are limited to landline only, exluding 1300 or 1800 numbers. Additional fees will apply for calls made to 1300, 1800, or mobile numbers.

* The 'specialist and/or coaching service' rate is applicable during normal business hours (9am – 5pm). Outside of hours and/or weekend work will incur a 20% additional fee. Work carried out by Creative Entrepreneur will be charged to the Client at 15 minute increment lots.
